Team leader and manager of Warwick District Council's business enterprise projects, Ray has a background in banking and business advice and was previously Business Development Co-ordinator for Regenesis, the Leamington Old Town regeneration scheme
Gayle Spencer
Business Enterprise Manager
Gayle, manager of Warwick District Council's business enterprise projects, has a background of working as a Merchandiser, within the private sector, buying ladies wear, children's wear and interiors for large fashion retailers. Gayle has also previously worked for local government services in Leicestershire.>
Heather Aston
Senior Enterprise Officer
Heather assists in the day to day running of the Council's business enterprise projects, with an emphasis on financials and liaison with project funders, Advantage West Midlands. Her experience is in finance and sales. Heather has worked in both the private and public sector.
Lisa Newman
Enterprise Support Officer
Lisa has 16 years experience in local government, with the majority of that time being spent in a busy elections office in Bournemouth. Lisa entered the aviation industry in 2002 continuing in a customer services role.
Graham Caley
Enterprise Support Officer
Graham assists with all financial and management record keeping and the day to day running of the enterprise projects. Graham's background was initially in manufacturing engineering and more recently managing and supporting front line local government services, including financial planning and control
Ian Kirkwood
Community Enterprise Officer
After a career in banking as a business and commercial manager in Coventry, Warwickshire and Edinburgh, Ian has taken up the new post of Warwick District Community Enterprise Officer, based at the Brunswick Enterprise Zone. Ian's role is to raise the profile of enterprise throughout Warwick District, with emphasis on support for women's enterprise and social enterprise.
